Privacy policy

What we collect through this website, why, and how you can ask us to delete it. Last updated 31 October 2026.

Who we are

Cloud Arc is an e-commerce growth agency based in Egypt. This policy covers cloudarcagency.com. For any privacy question, email info@cloudarcagency.com.

What we collect

  • What you send us. When you fill in the free review form, email us, call us or message us on WhatsApp, we receive what you share: usually your name, company, email or phone number, your store or product link, and anything you write.
  • How the site is used. We use Google Analytics to see which pages are visited, roughly where visitors are from, what device and browser they use, and how they found us. It uses cookies to do this. It doesn’t tell us who you are.
  • Basic technical records. Like every website, our hosting provider keeps short-term records such as IP addresses and browser types, to keep the site running and secure.

How we use it

  • To reply to you and prepare your free review.
  • To send you a proposal, if you ask for one.
  • To understand which parts of the site are useful and improve them.
  • To keep the site and our email secure.

We don’t sell your information, and we don’t add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.

Who we share it with

Only the services we need to run the site and talk to you:

  • Our hosting and email provider, which runs the website and our email.
  • Google, which provides Google Analytics.
  • WhatsApp, if you choose to message us there.

We may also share information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your messages and requests only as long as we need them to reply and follow up. If you become a client, we keep what’s needed to work together. Google Analytics data is kept for a limited period set in our account, then deleted automatically.

Your choices

  • Email info@cloudarcagency.com to see, correct or delete the information you’ve sent us.
  • You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use Google’s opt-out add-on to stop Google Analytics.

Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll update it on this page and change the date at the top.
