Do I keep my accounts, content and data?
Yes. Your marketplace accounts, your online store, your content and your data always belong to you. We work inside them with the access you give us, and you can remove that access at any time.
Who pays for the ads?
You pay the ad platforms directly, so the budget stays in your own account and under your control. We plan and manage the spend, around your margin.
How long is the contract?
Every package starts with a 90-day plan, so you see the work and the first results before committing further. After that, we agree the next period with you.
How much does it cost?
It depends on your channels, the size of your catalog and your goals. We send you a clear quote after the free review, with no obligation.
What happens after I send my store link?
Within 48 hours you get a short, free report on your product pages, prices and ads, with the three fixes we’d make first. If you’d like to go further, we book a call and send you a proposal.
I don’t sell online yet. Can you help?
Yes. We register your accounts, build your product pages in Arabic and English, and launch your first ads and deals. See the packages for brands that are new to selling online.
Do you work with Amazon vendors and sellers?
Both. We run vendor (1P) and seller (3P) accounts on Amazon, as well as Noon and other marketplaces.
Do you work outside Egypt?
Yes. We support brands selling in Saudi Arabia, the UAE and Europe.
What isn’t included?
Ad budgets, which you pay to the platforms directly, and new product photography, which we can quote separately.
Can I hire just one specialist?
Yes. If you already have a team, you can hire one of ours on its own, such as an advertiser or a content writer. See single services.
